Gazebo Sites
Gazebo sites are available free of charge, however bookings are essential as space is limited.
Please contact our Gazebo Site Coordinator, Tom Simmonds on 0458 572 127 to make your booking.
Strictly no BYO alcohol or glass. However, feel free to bring your own picnic and water/soft drinks etc.
***Please note there is no separate access to the gazebo site. All access is through the main gate. Vehicles will not be permitted in the gazebo site area due to safety reasons. As such all gazebos must be erected before race day.***

Bedgerabong Picnic Races is great day out for the family with great entertainment:
- FREE kids jumping castle
- Children supervised games and activities from 2:30 m to 4pm
- Footraces – on the straight after the last race. Kids, Mens & Womens. Prizes to be won!
- Fashions on the Field.
- Raffle – look out for ticket sellers throughout the day.
- LIVE Music after the races finish. Ballz N All Band

Fashions on the field proves popular every year! Judging will take place for the following categories:
- Bedgerabong’s Best Dressed Ladies (Open Division)
- Bedgerabong’s Best Dressed Gentleman (Open Division)
- Bedgerabong’s Best Headwear (Open Division)
- Bedgerabong’s Best Dressed Local Ladies *
- Bedgerabong’s Best Dressed Local Gentleman *
- Bedgerabong Local Junior (Boys & Girls Under 18) *
Judging will commence after Race 2. Please make your way to the Stage next to the bar for initial judging. Final judging and the winners presentation will be held immediately after Race 3 on the track. Listen for announcements throughout the day.
